Ella Klemme Home Ella Klemme Home is a licensed home which provides care, treatment and services above the level of room and board but not including nursing care for four residents who have developmental disabilities. HIL provides residential and associated support services for persons with developmental
disabilities, traumatic brain injuries and chronic mental illness. To promote the rights of individuals to be involved in the decisions that personally affect them, HIL forms a partnership with the individual being supported, the family or guardian, the county/state representative, and all other concerned persons. New Beginnings This agency provides functional skills training and residential services for individuals ages 21 or older with developmental disabilities.
