• Work Services provides vocationally based training and work experience programs for participants who are not ready to work in competitive settings.
• Extended Training Program offers participants work opportunities such as packaging screws, nails and other fasteners for RCS Packaging at the main plant.
• North Plant Program participants perform a variety of subcontractor tasks for area manufacturers.
• Janitorial Services Program has participants clean the RCS buildings and other sites throughout the community.
